Racing Handicap Systems?

Is there an internet site which gives approximate PHRF correction factors so that one can get a rough idea of how small sailing cruisers compare in Regattas? US Sailing's site describes the system, but I can't find their factors for PHRF, although for smaller boats they give a nice listing for Portsmouth corrections. Thank, Dick

Thanks for the help. NE does give the base handicaps I am looking for. I wonder if there are any from other regions? Our C22's in NW Wyo. sure don't sail that well against either the Islander Bahama 24 or the O'Day 25 CB (these may be w/mod. sails), though they do against the MacGreggors. Dick
