Hello...Help I have to replace my cutlass bearing on my 1981 H27. The boat has origional 1GM and trans+shaft. Boat is in water and job will be done by diver. I understand the bearing/bushing is 2 parts, an outer brass sleve with a inner bushing inserted into strut. My diver has the correct tool to do work. Does anyone have a part # or source? Does anyone know outer diameter of assembly? Does anyone know correct length of bushing/bearing?

Don't know what you have but for reference mine uses Morse Cutlass Bearing 1"ID x 1.25"OD x 4"L (Blackfish)(E00600). It is not 2 parts, the rubber part is stuck to the inside of the metal sleeve/cylinder.

millerislandprop.com had the strut for my 79 H30 and they had the bearing too. I'm sure they'd have yours. Should be a 1" shaft.
