When Maine Sail posted how much snow he has I started to get anxious for spring. I shoveled a hole under my backhoe to run a propane heater since its been single digits every night. After four hours of heat it started right up. Then I made some big piles of the white stuff so if you're looking for some I could fill up a UPS truck and send it.

Just saw on the morning news the roofs caving in. Gotta admit, being at a Delaware beach gives us no break in the temperature, but at least there's no snow. Yet. I hope the best for you folks up north with your "50 Shades of White" .

Well this is my view of Boston Harbor. I am 'lucky' enough to live on the waterfront, but I don't believe I will see it for a few weeks. Real concern is the Balcony collapsing...ironically we had plans to be in Fort Myers/Naples twice and both times couldn't get out, so now we will just have to suck it up until the boat gets thawed out...
