SBO IT guy here, Scott. First, I want to apologize for the access issues some of you have experienced recently, and also for how long it took us to track down and address the problem.
We've made some changes to our security system that was incorrectly blocking traffic from certain sources, including some VPN users and Starlink connections. If you were having trouble accessing the site, there's a good chance this was the cause.
Would you mind giving the site another try and letting us know how things are working now? If you're still having problems, please send me a DM with a screenshot or a detailed description of the error message you're seeing. The more information we have, the faster we can track down any remaining gremlins hiding in the bilge. I'm watching this thread, too, for new errors.
