Could it be an Xfinity issue? I still get Portland, OR stalling out. The other sites work.
I would have first said it was a VPN issue, but when switching among VPN servers, they function.

I haven’t had any problems with AT&T cellular, IQ Fiber, or Xfinity/Comcast landline or WiFi. So maybe it’s only some network segments or address ranges that are being blocked in one direction or another.

AT&T reaches the site finally after all week without access. Starlink still cannot access the site as of Friday May 29th @ 7:52 AM CDT. I'll have to download the Starlink app and play around with the router next week when I get up to the office.

I just spent the day without SBO access running T-Mobile. As soon as I got back home and was on my wifi - not T-Mobile - I'm able to connect.

Mystery solved. Last weekend there was an update to the SBO servers which changed the IP address. The new address was propagated through the internet with some DNS servers getting up dated before others. If your DNS server was updated quickly, you saw little or no interruption in access. On the other hand if your server did not get updated quickly, then access was blocked until the DNS server was updated.

Change the DNS resolver in your system settings. Cloudfare's DNS resolver is 1.1.1.1 and Google's is 8.8.8.8
This has solved many issues in the past for me. Now if I get a device, I just force everything through those two DNS addresses from the beginning.

Still having issues connecting through Comcast/Xfinity. Tried everything I can think of, as well as doing what Dave recommended.

Can you go to a command line and run nslookup forums.sailboatowners.com (or your platform’s equivalent? That should say the address your computer thinks SBO is at. If it’s 216.176.176.245 your computer is seeing the right address from DNS.

I can access SBO on my I pad using my Spectrum I phone as a hot spot; however, I can’t access when using my Spectrum wireless WIFI connection.

I started having problems again two days ago connecting via Starlink. I am connected now through a VPN routed through Miami, but the site is very slow. I can't connect at all on Starlink.
