I'm a new Catalina owner (1998 MKII 28) and I can't figure out what these are used for? Does anyone recognize these lights and toggle switch? see attached picture.. The "service on" labeled A, I would assume should go on when I cable up to the dock power and switch on the 30amp breakers, but it never goes on? The "AC ON" labeled B. I would assume is the same as B, but maybe only comes on when you are drawing power, I've never seen this on. The chrome toggle switch labeled C, doesn't seem to do anything, it has 3 position left/center/right. Any help would be appreciated.... Thanks

You are close,

"A" Service On means that you have the 12 volt system on, turn the battery switch above it to off and it should go off. "B" means you are plugged into shore power and 110 AC system on boat is live, should be on whenever plugged in provided Master breaker (white switch above it is on) and second breaker (probably in port lazzarette near water heater) is on. Plug something into a 110 outlet in the boat, if it works the little green light is just burned out. The black "buttons" beneath "B" & "C" are individual circuit breakers for the 110 volt AC circuits on the boat. Not sure on "C", is there a voltmeter on the panel ? That's the only double throw switch on most panels.
