Question re. Gear Here Classifieds

I'm considering selling my Avon inflatable dinghy. It is 9'6" long. However, there is a notice in the Gear Here Classifieds section that states "Boats over 8' are not permitted in the Gear Here classifieds." Is it ok to place my dinghy for sale in the Gear Here Classifieds?Thank you,Jack"Friendship"C350, #80
