VBerth
I do, I find the forward berth has plenty of width and adequate length for me, but to be honest I felt a little claustrophobic in it. I removed the illegal head Week 1 and since there no longer was any purpose for that little "cabinet door/privacy wall" between the forward berth and the head (I always felt I was going to bed in a china closet), I removed it and no more claustrophobia. The boat had the original cushions, which were nasty and were chucked day 1. I priced custom made cushions, and took the el cheapo alternative and scouted out replacement cushions for outdoor furniture in the appropriate sizes made out of Sunbrella fabric, very comfortable and durable, and even available in different thicknesses. About 1/5 the price of custom made. I have the "queen size" bed in the Vberth pushed over towards the starboard hull, against the portside I have a secured reading lamp and a small wooden shelf of books. When I have rough weather I try to sleep leaning against the hull, and this works well.
