especially the H280/H29.5; how did you install a wheel lock? And an autopilot? All the stuff I've seen and read about was relative to the typical "pipe" pedestals where the attachment hardware is pretty straight-forward. Thanks for the info.

I installed an Autohelm 4000 on our 29.5. We have the standard square pedestal. The Autohelm install was no problen since they make a special bracket (called a bulkhead mount) for this type of installation. The manual shows and gives he part number for this item. My local dealer was able to get it for me in about 2 days. If you need any additional info just send me an email (GrantZ5906@aol.com) No help on the whel lock issue. We have some great longtime riends who live in Albertville and frequent Lake Guntersville. We will be moving to Lake Pickwick in the near future and are looking forward to sailing/motoring up the TN River to lake Guntersville. Perhaps we can arrange a meting? Grant
