PVC Glue?

I found a small leak in my PVC dinghy. Probably .02 in diameter above the water line. I have the PVC patch kit but there is not enough glue and it is old. It's made in France "Colle Klebstoff Glue"
Can the chemists here tell me what is equivalent? Smell like the old model glue when I was a kid. Is there an industrial grade of glue that is compatible such as 3M 1099?

Strongly recommend that you use the two-part PolyMarine. I tried a repair with the one part glue-works fine to get you back to the dock, but will not last. It is a bit expensive, but it appears to be reliable and as strong as new.
