Hatch fix
When my 1st mate stepped through our hatch cover I thought it was the end of the world...and she was scared I would deep-six her...but alas, the damage was not that bad and I repaired it with fiber-glass and epoxy myself. After sailing for years with it like that I decided to replace it. I used the original for a copy and my body-shop friend moulded a new one for me that was stronger and looked like a new one. Price---$45---- so I never even considered looking for a replacement at a supply place. You might think about going the same route if one is not available to replace yours. Meanwhile if it is just cracked you can glass it yourself and save some cash. If you glass it on the underside it wont be visable to the casual observer but you will always see it yourself.
