Pump out question

I have a quick question for all readers. What is considered an appropriate tip for the person that mans the pumpout boat? I am going to be moored at Block Island, and even though the pumpout is free when you call for the boat, I would like to make sure that I tip the person who performs that task. Any feedback would be appreciated.Thanks
