Pulling mast C&C 29 Mk II to torque keel bolt

Hello,
New to this forum.

I have owned my 1984 C&C29 for 7 years; have never checked keel bolt under mast. C&C "smile" keel -transom connection is growing larger. I think I have to have mast pulled to have that keel bolt checked. Anything to watch out for in terms of having mast pulled (will be crane) . I will replace antenna, halyards, possibly fix anchor light. Pretty anxious about doing this. Thanks

De-rig the boat yourself so that the yard can just pull the pins for stays and upper shrouds and lift the mast off. Make sure you disconnect all wires (Instruments, lights , antennae etc. yourself or risk workers cutting them. Make sure your insurance is paid up.
