Well we will be in Greece sailing the islands for 3 weeks and I am having our 380 pulled out while we are gone. My list is:
* new bottom job (not really needed yet but while its out...)
* new anodes
* topsides buffed and re-striped with the new name
* coachroof waxed and buffed out
* check over the throughhulls

So I am just checking to see if there is anything i might be missing while shes out. We will probably sell and move up before she needs pulled again.

Check the cutlass bearing for play.

Clean the prop.

If the depth transducer is a thru-hull, lightly sand the face and repaint with water based anti-fouling paint.

When you first pull it out, before anything else, find the blisters (there WILL be some) and clearly mark them with white chalk/tape. Mark the center of each blister. The blisters will shrink very fast, and disappear, but they are still there. A good surveyor will find them. Once you identify all of them drill them out and use this sitting time to allow them to dry out. Repair, repaint.
