Yes Ive seen some clets come off
When I was looking for my boat I saw 5 or 6 boats that had the cleats pulled off on one side or the other one or two where 27' but most where C 30 and one newC31 But I bought my boat after the last huracaine floyd and most of them where on chain with not much nylon to take the shock I added some glass under the cleets on my C 30 to smooth out the bottom then made two SSplats and glased them In to the bottom. it was a tough job but I was working on them anty way becoues they where louse and the holes where starting to round out.
