Protecting the interior wood

We just bought a 2001 Beneteau 411. The interior wood is in mostly good condition. What is recommended way for protecting it?

Also, some of the removable sole boards are too tight and we're afraid of chipping when when removing or replacing them. What is the recommended way to trim them?

Check the Beneteau site, they have a list of lacquers / sealants etc.

run a dehumifier in the boat for a couple of weeks before using 180 grit paper on the edges,aquality wood polish keeps the bright work looking good(its not the amount of polish ,its the amount of rub)leave the boards up for awhile.
