Sorry, but can't yet. I've not ever sailed her. I bought her at a warehouseman's lien auction and then took everything out of the interior to rebuild. The engine is back in and much of the interior is back in with fresh teak oil. It was nice to have the bilge bare and get a coat of paint on it. I had to have the diesel tank welded for a few pinholes that had developed under the cloth straps. I had to cut the longitudinal aft bulkhead to get the fuel tank out. With one new vertical seam batten, no one will know I did, but it will be easy to get the fuel tank out again if needed. I'll soon be installing my new hot water tank (Superstor SS6M) and getting ready to launch this year. So I'll have to answer your question in the Fall. Everything that I've read, says that the 27 is a superb boat.
Best Regards,
Bruce
