Propane solonoid switch

I recently bought a 1988 O'Day 302. My problem is that I cannot get the propane fuel to flow to the two burner stove. The propane power switch does not open the propane solonoid switch and the attendent power light does not come on. There is no DC switch on the DC panel(that I know of) that powers the propane power switch (which opens the propane solonoid). I have jumped directly from the DC power panel (at the instrument switch) to the propane power switch and I can get the solonoid to open and allow propane to flow to the stove. I can only guess that I have a broken electrical wire someplace. Does anyone know what else to try or where the wires run from the propane switch to the DC power panel. Thanks for your help.

When if doubt ... just run a new wire to the

switch as you have done and disconnect the old one ... but there should be a fuse in the line somewhere that you want to look for. and a fuse you want to put in if you are running a new wire. Oday seems to have hidden a few fuses here and there.VicSeven
