I am looking to clean up the rat's nest otherwise known as my breaker panel. In looking to accommodate the Trident Gas Control Panel along with an expanded set of breakers to eliminate all the doubling up that I have, I notice that the gas control is simply a 1A breaker with an indicator light taking up a fair amount of space on its own panel. The new panels I will be installing have LED indicator lamps. I cannot see any reason to not simply use a 1A breaker, properly marked, in the panel. Am I missing something here? I notice that Blue Sea does not print a "Propane" label for use on their panels.

A breaker is a switch that self operates on an overload

There are no propane breakers or ignition breakers or light breakers they are all the same but are put to use for different circuits. I printed my labels on a label maker . They are durable.

Are you sure you are not confusing two different shitches?

On my Hunter 410 I have an "LP Gas" circuit breaker on the main 12V panel and next in the circuit is a small switch and a red indicator light on it's own small black panel over near the stove. Make sure what you have before you go changing things.
