If I wanted to replace my 2 blade prop with a 3 blade prop on my 1979 Hunter 30 T-2.What would i use?And what would the advantage be?

Went from a two blade 14X12 to a three blade 13X11 and picked up 500 RPMs. With much more power and speed. Go to a good prop shop and ask questions. Will recommend this one.

Don't know why you would want a 3 blade on that boat. My two blade works just fine. Now a folding prop - that is another issue.

I'm having to have my folding prop removed this week- engine was horribly shuttering. A diver went down and saw it was freezing up every 6th rotation or so. I heard there are bolts or something which may need to be tightened - or - the other solution is to install a new fixed prop, which is what I am leaning toward. Any thoughts?
