Prop shaft coupling

Have Cat 30 1981 broke the fiber glass packing box shield made the repairs but can not find a coupling from back of engine to the shaft it is about 5" wide and has rubber gromets in each bolt called a couple supply places but no help has any one ever had this problem We replaced the old one it don't vibrate by eye but don,t want water gushing in again!!! Thanks for any advice Jack WANABE SAILOR

Federal Coupling

Your coupling is probably a "Drivesaver." West Marine sells them.
