We cannot raise our jib on our Hunter Legend 37.5. There is a hnag-up about 30 feet up the headstay right at the junction of two track pieces. Our Profurl roller furler is about 13 years old and has been trouble free for the two years we have owned the boat. The mast was up all winter. The only change from last year to this year that in any way efffected the headstay was we tightened the rigging considerably. The current thinking is somehow by tightening the rigging, we caused the mis-alignment and should we loosen the rigging, we might realign the headstay track enbling us to raise the jib.Has anyone experienced a similar problem? What was the cause and how was it eliminated?
