If you read my earlier post about my messed up Profurl you will understand a bit more what I am talking about.

I have an older Profurl LCI 32 on my Catalina 30 tall rig bow sprit. I called profurl to ask some questions and ask about parts. Profurl covered the parts that I needed from warranty, including a new top piece of extrusion that would have cost me over $360 from Pyachts. All I had to pay is shipping.

Profurl has EXCELLENT customer service and they were VERY helpful.

I agree 100%. I would buy another profurl for my boat. They are good systems and they work well. Since they back up what they do then it really brings home the point!

That's a common problem with both vendors and manufacturers.

I will probably be getting my parts soon. I am pretty psyked about getting this and getting the furler back on the boat.

Received my parts today and saw that shipping was $24. No big deal, nice to get the parts so quickly!
