Problem with circut breaker switch

In my Hunter 34 I have a 15 amp AC circut breaker(on-off switch) on the control panel for the air conditioner, that runs off of shore power. The problem is the switch doesn't seem to work any more. At first after moving the toggle back and forth it would come on, now I can't get it to come on at all. My question is this, is it common for these breaker switches to go bad, and where can I get a new switch. Thanks very much.

Need new breaker

Don, You need to replace this circuit breaker. You can find it in most marine supply store. Circuit breaker isn't actually design to be used as ON/OFF switch. So if it's operate daily it will wornout(the latch mechanism inside) eventualy.
