I sail a 1992 Hunter 28. Although I have never had any fuel problems, it was recommended to me that I should install a primary fuel filter, so I purchased a RACOR R12S. I know that it should be installed somewhere between the fuel tank and the lift pump on the engine, but I cant figure out where exactly to put it. There doesnt seem to be any room in the engine compartment. Has anyone installed one or can suggest where is the best place for it? Any installation tips?
