Bill, what do you mean....

Bill: You are obviously NOT an attorney (neither am I). I see that he can sue the boat mfg., the engine mfg., the cigar company, Amoco and his buddy. They are all liable.

Don't Forget ...

Don't forget that he could also have sued the private contractors responsible for ICW markers. After all, THEY neglected to post a sign warning of the dangers of smoking while fueling a boat. BTW, I really did take this photo and as I was turning the corner in the ICW, they were still alive and I didn't hear any explosions. I guess they probably lived to tell the story. This photo was taken just before the other one.

Gasoline vapor is heavier than air

Maybe that's why they're still alive, that plus the fact that they're in open air so the vapor would dissipate very quickly. Peter H23 "Raven"
