The pressurized stoves are pretty much out dated and nobody liked them any way. Sloppy fueling, pumping up pressure, flareups and there flame control was not the way to go. Our boat has a passive alcohol stove and I'am not really in love with it either. I have converted pressurized to propane on a previous boat and them of course, got rid of the boat. Now I'am in the market for a pressurized stove. Does anyone have one laying around they would want to get rid of or know of any after market stores I could check with? Thanks in advance.

We have pressurized alcohol and it works just fine for the amount that we use it. If I read you correctly, you said you don't like pressurized alcohol, but find yourself looking for a pressurized alcohol stove. How did that come about? Did I read you wrong?

I'll be in Neenah at Neenah Nodoway Yacht Club on Saturday the 14th for a Sail Rally. Who knows, We might actually end up in pipe as one of the stops. I've been there many times before.
The more I think of it, I'm not sure if I will be able to put it in a suitcase to get it up there. But I'd be willing to mail it if that would work. PM me and we can talk more. I'd like to get $50 for the stove + shipping. By the way, it's a Homestrand Mariner Model 205-32A and it's in Great shape.
I was looking online last year, and there was a company that still sold parts for it. I'm not sure if they're still around though. Let me know either way.

I think I have a princess model that someone else converted already. I didn't know it was propane, thought it was still alcohol. So I built a SS pressure tank for it. Waste of money since it's now propane. I am not comfortable with the propane, I really wanted the alcohol.
It needs a regulator or possible smaller jets because I can burn a 4' tall flame with it turned all the way up.

$75 for the stove alone. $175 with the gimbled cabinet. + shipping. I have a UPS commercial account now, so the shipping is pretty cheap. the conversion kit inside is in perfect condition.
there is a rubber gasketed connection that the small propane bottle fits into underneath. On the ground there is a hose that fits that same connection.
