Sounds like a blocked vent.

When I fill my B323 tank, I let it fill until the water runs out the vent. Let it run to flush it, though I think there is a screen on it.

I've checked every fitting, the vent, in fact it pulses with the fill cap open. I've purchases new hose and pump and will replace his weekend. Thanks for replies.
