IMHO checklist are very unique to each boat, your riggings, solo or assited, how you decided to step the mast, etc. It is best to use the basics and dvelop your own.
The basics are getting the gin pole angle right, making sure the lines you use to raise the mast are well secured and tied off on a cleet, all stays are cleared from binding or catching, turnbuckles are straight and not kinked, mast head items attached, (it sucks to get everything done and realize you forgot the windex and or antena), furler T bolt attached properly, furler secured to align with mast and drum bagged, plenty of clerance above you, rams horn attached properly and mast pin/bolt tightened. When raised atached electrical, forestay/furler drum is attached in the right direction and double check everything.
When we got our H260 lets just call it "practiced" five times, at home, before geting it all right and written down. Now we are in a mast up lot so our checklist is gathering dust and will be changed as we keep finding new necessities to add to the boat making it less usefull.
Best advice is take it slow, finds what works for you and double check. You can also find "bad things" section on the link above.
Enjoy your boat and have fun.
