Potential purchaser of Hunter 19

I am contemplating purchase of a Hunter 19, 1995 with a 8hp Johnson as my first sailboat (yes, I am a novice sailer.) Any questions I should ask the seller that are specific for this model? This is a private deal from the second owner. Thanks for any help.

Thanks, I have read them all, as usual about half are pro and half con. I am concerned about problems with the water ballast working and the centerboard dropping and raising.
