A friend of mine is looking at possibly purchasing a Poseidon Grabber Anchor for his Pearson 365. Neither of us has been able to find much online about these anchors. They appear to be copies of Bruce anchors.
Has anyone here had any experience with Poseidon anchors? If so, what are your thoughts?
Thanks
Tommy

I never heard of that brand so I did a google out of curiosity and only found them sold on ebay.
The price for a 22lb is 11 bucks more expensive than a Lewmar (known company and quality) at the SBO store (or whatever it's called).

Be careful with inexpensive knock off anchors, especially those sold on eBay. The original Bruce was heat treated cast steel & many of the knock offs are Chinese made cast iron.... Buying anchors (read insurance) on price alone can be a risky investment...

Also keep in mind that Bruce / Claw anchors should generally be over sized, by at least one size, but more appropriately two sizes, to get the raw holding power needed for storm conditions. A Pearson 365 would be best served by a 44 or 66 pound Bruce or Claw...
