Portlight Replacement

Pompanette sells replacement plexi, and they also have a seconds list where you can get some great prices for ports and hatches, if they have the one you want in a second or closeout.

Polish

Use Brasso to clean or polish. It is a very fine abrasive and it is amazing what you can clean with the stuff. Try it on your portlights. I did and now I can see through them. You can find it at the market, or at a hardware store.

sell a wide range of automotive cleaning/polishing products, including two different products specifically for dealing with plastic lenses like yours. One I recall is a cleaner and the other is (I think) a polisher. Did a good job on my Hunter port lenses and also - a little boasting - on the rear window of my Austin-Healey soft top!! However old lenses will always be old lenses. Almost any automotive aftermarket outlet should carry these products.
