The portlights on my O'day 22 leak slightly. I removed one and the job of re-sealing the glass in the aluminum frame, fiberglassing the gap between the inner and outer skins of the opening (an improvement over the production run, I believe)and rebedding the assembly back all seems pretty straightforward. The problem is where to get the gasket material? Rudy at D&R does not have it. There are two gaskets, one a "u" channel that captures the glass, and another that runs around a slot formed in the aluminum frame, that appears to be for strengthing, so the assembly does not compress when it is tightened back into place. Does anyone have any leads? Thank you.
