Portlight Replacement

I am looking for information relevant to replacing the long fixed portlights on my 1992 30T. The acrylic sheet on all 4 of them has developed cracks that are 2-3" long and extend all the way through the acrylic. Two of the portlights have buckled slightly and are beginning to leak. Can anyone share instructions for replacing these and/or sources for the materials? Thanks, Paul
