Where can I find new portlights for my Hunter 37 cutter. I left the measurment in the boat and am not sure of the size. I need to replace the one in the galley. Thank-you

Steve, Go back over the archives. There have been several posts about getting replacements. There was some discussion of the merits of bronze vs plastic along with "where to go" posts. I changed all of mine out except the two in the head a couple of years back. When I did it I opted for the less expensive plastic and, as with all expenditures, you get what you pay for. If I keep the boat upon retirement I will replace them with bronze. Frank

Ron's numbers are correct.

The "rain-drain" models are best if staying with plastic. If you don't mind a mix you could start the project of gradually replacing with metal. Several that I know are using the bronze or stainless from NFM(link below). They have a new 7x15(naturally after I bought the 7x14s) that is an excellent fit. And their 5x12s fit. Use LOTS of GOOD caulk. Good luck.

You can get the original Gray portlights from Thrifty Mariner (www.thriftymariner.com). The prices are good, but delivery is sometimes slow.
