John,  The maker of the ports you are looking  for are the Gray series by Bomar. I replaced most of the ports this spring and found them at JSI. Nick

Port Sizes

My 33 is a '79. The proper replacement ports for mine were the Bomar Gray series 512 and 715. They were very easy to replace.
