Porta Potti and cockpit cushions

Where is a reasonable place to order a porta potti and cockpit cushions for a sailor on a budget? Chandlery price for my O'day 22 cockpit 4 piece set $532. + shipping. That hurts. They have hinged cushions 14" x 28" @ $60. each, that may work with my access doors one on each side. Chandlery's simple Porta Potti is $122. Is that a high price? Is there such a thing as sailing on a budget???? David S. sailor on a budget.
