What are these latches called? They hold the screen in place and are riveted into the frame. Where can I buy them?

Nothing marine about those screen clips. Any hardware store should have them or something very similar.

They are called casement clips. Most Lowes stores have a bin for hard to find furniture parts. It is usually near the stainless steel bin.
