Port Lights: Who made these?

Can anyone please help me identify the manufacturer of these port lights? I need replacement parts for one of them. Previous owner installed them on my 1980 Hunter 37 Cutter. They work pretty well, although they could drain better after a downpour.

They look like Newfound Metals to me, but maybe one of their earlier designs.
