Port hole leaks

I would like a little help in finding the supplier of the gasket/weather strip material used in the ports on my Catalina 30 tall rig. The ports are non-opening, they are oval in shape, the boat is a 1980 and was built in California. Any help with this would be appreciated. It's the rainy season here in Fl.
