Port Gasket

I have a 1982, 37', CC with PYHI ports. I'm looking for gaskets or possiblyacceptable aternative material.

I had leaking ports on my 25. I believe it uses the same ports. I used windshield washer hose. Its a little harder than I wanted but it does work. It seems to be almost impossible to find that foam gasket. I placed the joint on top.
