There are some advisories published... but I could not find a publication date. I don't know if this is up to date.
You could check the Local Notice to Mariners from the USCG Nav center. The notice used to be arranged by geography which I think was easier to read. Now it appears to be alphabetical which requires more knowledge of geography than I have of the Chessy area. The East District covers a large area and there's a lot to wade through. But I found other fill projects so it's prolly in there somewhere. Maybe the data is searchable. It should be. This is for week 44.
