I just installed the Deluxe Pop Top I ordered for my H26 in the Fall of last year and was suprised to find that the windows don't have any kind of privacy shades, just clear plastic or screen. Has anyone found a quick and easy solution for this? "Quick and easy" being the key phrase. I suppose I can just go to a fabric store and get sticky back velcro and fabric, but was wondering what others have (or haven't) done. Thanks...

When purchasing

Gerard, shame on you for not asking me on this one. When ordering the pop tops, there are two styles. The first being the standard without screen windows and screen door. The other of course with the screened windows and door. Be careful what you order. Crazy Dave condon

hey Dave

I got the one with screen windows and doors. That's the one I wanted. It just doesn't have covering for the windows. Believe me, no one wants to see me naked. Also, thanks for all your help with the furler and jib sheave thing. Julian, as always, is the absolute best. He gave me lots of good advice. Joe at CDI suggested a new extrusion and has also been very helpful. I hope the new extrusion and last year's drum rebuild finally get this working properly. Thanks... Gerard

No one can see

I've used my Pop Top and between the screening and the reflection off the plastic, you should be relatively out of site. Of course, you can always open the head door and change in there.

Turn out the lights!

At night I just turn out the lights before turning in. I intend to make curtains someday, but it never seems to make it to the top of the to-do list. In a pinch, you might try to tuck towels up between the top and the cover. On my old Mac 26, the cockpit cushion back rests were the perfect size to fill the window gaps on the sides, so I shoved them along the sides and used a towel as mentioned above for the front window. Fair winds, Tom
