I have been thinking about trying an Acrylic polish like PolyGlow this season as opposed to the traditional wax application I have been doing. Can any PolyGlow users share their experience?

I use Polyglow and like it but...I have heard that Red Max Pro works better and is cheaper and you can get it from Lowes

I've used it for years, but it's not good for everything. Don't use it where your skin contacts the fg. It works great on hull sides and it's lots easier to maintain than wax.
The biggest problem is getting the hull perfectly clean before application.
I've heard some folks think it's the same as old fashioned floor polish, but I really don't know. It does smell about the same however. It also comes off easily with ammonia though I purchased a kit with the cleaner which also takes it off. There are several on this forum with a bad experience, but I suspect they used it in the skin contact areas (which makes it soft and black).

I used it on my last boat with pretty good outcome for the first 2 seasons. I found touching it up to be harder than the initial treatment. The marina that bought (traded on new boat) that boat said the first thing they would do is remove it and use wax. they hated it.

I didn't have good results with it. A friend of mine did. Maybe the difference is that she did her boat when it was out of the water.
