One hour or less for us. However, unless we're taking a 'boat vacation' we tow up there once at the beginning of the season; step the mast and rig; set up everything to minimize prep time for next time out. If it's still a great day when we're done rigging her we'll take her out then, if not we head for home and stop at a favorite restaurant for dinner on the way. Everything in reverse at the end of the season unless we're going to hit the road to a different sailing ground.
We used to setup and break down our 17 ft each time we sailed and on occasion, when left in 'park and launch' mode we've run up there broke down towed elsewhere sailed and brougt it back. We DO, though, have a even smaller boat that is much quicker to rig and easy to go out for a daysail on a moment's notice. :dance:
