We did our Hunter 25.5 hull topsides several years ago in Poli Glow with excellent results. For some reason I don't recall, we did not use Poli Glow on the rest of the exterior of the boat. We're going to haul the boat some time this summer for a week or two for some routine maintenance work including re-applying Poli Glow to the hull topsides. Is there some reason why Poli Glow can't be used on the rest of the boat? TIA, Bill

No reason at all not to use it!!

Just don't do the anti-skid areas with it. Made the smooth areas on our doghouse and deck look just like new again. (1973 G-26)

I am a long time user of Poliglow. I do not use it in the cockpit because it is a little difficult applying on all the curved edges. On an older boat, I tried it in an area that would be stepped on, and kept getting gray scuff marks from the shoes for some reason. I would not use it on anti-skid because of the sun reflection and possible slippery conditions. Make sure you keep up with applications once a year. If you let it go too long, it will start to look nasty and will have to be removed. I was one of the first to use it in our marina, and now there are many boats with Poliglow.
