I keep reading about poli-glow, however I don't see it listed in Boat U S or West Marine or in the chandlery in how. Where do you get the stuff? thanks

New glass, Vertglass, Starbright are similar

If you really want to use an acrylic (and there are plusses and minuses) there are several. New Glass is rated identical to Poliglow and is available at this Chandlery. Vertglas and Starbright are available at West marine, Vertglass at Boat US. We only have our inflatable restoration kits at BoatUS at present. The important thing is to remove and kill the oxidation. I wonder how you do that?? Jim Willis IG Products.

POLIGLOW

Jim: I agree with Jim Willis that all of the acrylic products are essentially the same, I used PoliGlow on my '85 H31 because there application system was far superior to those offered by the others (research done at the Annapolis Sailboat show where most of the products were featured). Where the others provide a smallish piece of chamois look-a-like material to apply, PoliGlow includes a foam-backed sponge mop head covered in a "fake" chamois. The head allows you to insert a handle and work from a more convenient distance from the hull and make wider swaths. I used their product for 3 years and the results were nothing less than amazing on my badly oxidized hull. Whatever product you choose, you will be very satisfied and your boat will shine like it hasn't for years! Smooth Sailing! Tim Leighton (S/V "Magic")
