Hello All:

Just an update. Currently ten (10) VEGAtarians have contacted me to
register for the rendezvous. Looks like it is going to be a good one.

Hello VEGAtarians:

I have confirmed with Maple Bay that the VEGAtarians are coming. If
you are not on the following list, don't worry...let me know or phone
the the marina and include yourself in the group. For all the details
go to the AVA Web Site and / or contact Chuck Rose via this group.
I've taken the liberty of reserving a covered outdoor picnic site for
the pot luck...in case it rains...

Bill, Helen and Sophie (the dog) 1071-Calimera
Howard (discovered furling and has not recovered), Shiela - Shiva
Ken and Judy (boat or ? but with something Irish to drink?) - Akvivit
Jim (making the long trip), Gloria ("stylin")- Wren

Hi Sheila: Ken and I have our reservation at Deer Harbor for Fri through Monday. Count us in for everything. I vote for dinner at Deer Harbor Inn on Friday night. I also like the idea of having our Sat night potluck away from the busy docks. Thanks for doing the planning for this event. Let me know if I can help in any way.

I can't remember the final decision on a location for the Sat night potluck. I want to know if there will be a bbq to grill things or any other cooking facilities available. I'm trying to plan what to bring for that dinner. Looking forward to seeing everyone very soon.

Judy and Everyone else coming to the PNW Rendezvous
The plan is for everyone who wishes to go to the Deer Harbor Inn for dinner.
That's the night everyone is arriving, and so I'm thinking 6:30 ish??? I
haven't made reservations yet, but they have lots of space both inside and out.

Saturday night we are using the Deer Harbor Community Club, which has a full
kitchen, and a huge BBQ grill, tables that we can use indoors or out, depending
on the weather...
Head count so far
Mitzi & Bear on Friday night
Howard and Me
Peter and Ulla
Judy & Ken
Brian & Diana
Gloria & Jim
Austin
