I have a hunter 30 built in 1979, I am replacing most of the interior due to termites. My question is: is the 1/4 inch ply flooring in the cabin considered a structural strengthener in any way? It is only doweled to the f/glass and glued. It seems a little thin to add much strength. Can I simply put a non structural replacement floor down?, or do I need to replace it with 1/4 inch ply again. Thanks, Jay
