A photo is needed for any of us to be able to help put you in the right direction. I just replaced my cockpit shower hose this spring. It was original to the boat, badly kinked and twisted. I went with a stainless steel hose.
Is the leak on the inside where the hot/cold lines connect? Or at the shower hand held wand on the outside? Or where the shower hose connects to the whole assembly?
One thing I can say is that the connection, at least on my cockpit shower is not a standard off the shelf fitting.
Post a picture if you can. I’ll look and see if I have photos of my install for you.

I don’t have a pic at this time and y boat is 6 hrs away. The leak is at the water connection at the cold water attachment to the faucet. where the hose, nut, ring and cone connect And seal. I am not sure what size connection I need. Thank you for the help

I don’t have a lot of photos, but I have this. IMG_2336.jpeg
I replaced all my water lines with 15mm lines.
Connected with John Guest connectors : IMG_2341.jpeg
Don’t ask me why the red arrows are drawn in, probably for someone else’s reference. But they are 3/4”x15mm (hose push-in side)
Others will now have a point of reference now to direct you further. But in SBO Store on this site will have what you need.
Do you know if it’s the screw on fitting or the main threaded end that is leaking?
Hope this can help you.

As another point of reference, should you ever need to change out the hand held wand hose as I did.
That fitting is 1/2”BSP (male) x 3/8”NPT (female)

These fittings should actually be 1/2” NPS/NPT which have an internal rubber seal or tapered seal and you don’t use ptfe tape on them like is shown in 2nd photo. While other fittings have same thread, they don’t seal the same way as the original fittings intended. Note the flare on the threaded side if you remove it. I use 3/8 CTS on other side which fits 3/8” pex B with a push in connector. For these types of push in connections you insert a locking clip after pushing in which may be what arrows in that 2nd photo show. Here is an example of the connector I am using to repipe my water lines:

1/2 BSP (British Standard Pipe) is 14 threads per inch and so is NPS(National Pipe Standard, NPT is common tapered version). The difference is BSP threads are 55 degree pitch and NSP is 60 degree so not something you should mix and hope to get a lasting seal, although they may seam to thread together.
